We have been up to quite a bit these last few weeks, so I thought I'd post an update. We went to Opryland Hotel with the Sciortino's to see the Christmas lights and had a great time. Campbell sang "Old McDonald" for us much of the way home, too, which was greatly appreciated!
A few days later, we decorated our place for Christmas. McClain was a lot of fun with that this year- he loved playing peek-a-boo with the stockings!
December 6 was my birthday, and Tim and McClain made it a great one. Tim suprised me with a massage and a very nice dinner. McClain even got me his own card (with Dad's help, of course)- his scribbly signature is just perfect.
Since then, we have been doing a lot of Christmas shopping and "elfing" McClain with his friends, Campbell and Taylor, on the computer- take a look here to see it: http://www.elfyourself.com/?id=1238938953. McClain loves watching it on the computer with Dad.
Tonight we had "Dinner at Bethlehem" at church. We had a great dinner there, worked on crafts, and had a great time at the live nativity scene.
So far, our December has been very busy, but so much fun. I'll post more exciting times as they happen!
