Father's Day

This year we celebrated Father's Day in so many great ways. Last weekend, McClain and I took Tim to the National Corvette Museum in Kentucky. It is only about an hour or so away, and Tim has always said he would love to go, so we surprised him with a trip there. We had a great time, and I think McClain may have liked it just as much as Tim!
Then, we headed off to Texas for a week to celebrate the holiday with Tim's family. All of his brothers came into town as well, and we all had a wonderful time together. We prolonged our trip a little more so that we could catch the Rangers while they were in town. Our very close friends, Chris and April Jackson, came with us and we were able to meet their new baby Avery for the first time. McClain gave her some big kisses and we decided we'd be alright if we happened to become family one day thanks to those two...
And, of course, the Rangers won- sorry Chris.
