July 4th
We had a very busy July 4th holiday. Last weekend, we had a festival at church to celebrate in which the kids all got to decorate their wagons, bikes, etc. and go around in a parade to show them off. In our case, we didn't have a wagon, so we decorated a wheel-barrow. It was pretty hilarious- but very festive! Thursday night we went to the Freedom Festival they do here in Hendersonville. It was so great- there was tons of food, games, bands, etc., and the evening ends with a huge firework show. We had to leave before the show because Tim's family was coming in to town, but it worked out great, because we could see all the fireworks perfectly from our front yard! After all this, we just spent the weekend hanging out with Tim's family. We all had a great holiday!

Sounds like y'all had a great 4th. What a neat idea that your church did for the kids.
